Safety Consulting can be done many ways depending on your need via phone, teams, zoom, email, USPS, texts or in person. RSC provides a wide variety of consulting services for clients covered by OSHA i.e. General Industry, Construction or Agriculture, MSHA and/ or establishments covered by ISO or Government work covered by EM 3-385 and Aviation Safety or accident reduction.
Classes, training and courses can be done on site, via teams or zoom at a local restaurant, hotel or agreed location.
Legal Management - assistance with an accident, OSHA compliance or defense, assistance understanding the process. Need legal help maybe a referral to councilors that work in the Department of Labor OSHA system. Not all attorneys will be able to assist you in contesting OSHA citations, penalties and abatement schedules, and abatement. OSHA attorneys are specialized in OSHA law, and OSHA procedures.
