Safety Training    and Education 

Safety meetings are an essential element of the Companies Safety and Health Training Program.  It is a proven fact that Companies, which conduct good meetings, attain better safety records than those that have poor, or no safety meetings.

Supervisors should conduct Special Safety Meetings as soon as possible when a serious accident, incident or potential problem exists on-site.  Employees and any Subcontractors will be notified with pertinent information concerning these incidents where a common hazard exists or information is necessitated. 

The focus inspection incitive requires weekly safety meetings as one of the required elements to a focused inspection.  The OSHA standard requires specific training in a verity of ways, some outline they type of worker such as a certified forklift operator or a qualified rigger.

Assist in creation of a written safety policy outlying safety meetings and supply safety topics, toolbox talks or outline what is required to do with specific task.  MSHA requires most of its safety training to be task training.  Just in time training is also a key factor in assisting in accident reduction.   We can train your supervision and all levels of management, and we can train your employees.
